FAQs

Do we both need one?

Yes. Each person wears their own Mini and the two are paired in the app. If your partner already has a Bond Touch 4, Bond Touch More, Bond Touch Lite or Bond Touch 2, you only need one Mini.
How does it work?

Press your Mini for about a second. It talks to your phone over Bluetooth, your phone sends the touch over the internet, and your partner's Mini lights up and gives three short vibrations. Keep your phone within 10 ft (3 m) of your Mini: out of range, touches are not sent or received.
Does it work at any distance?

Yes. Anywhere both phones have an internet connection, in any country.
Can I send different touches?

From the Mini itself, every touch is the same pre-set pattern: three short vibrations, with one meaning you set in the app. If your partner has a Bond Touch 4, More, Lite or 2, you can also send them touch patterns from the app. Touches you receive on a Mini always arrive as the Mini pattern.
How long does the battery really last?

7 to 10 days with typical daily use. A full charge takes about 2 hours on the magnetic charger in the box.
Is it waterproof?

Rated IP67: dust-tight and tested in up to 1 m (3 feet) of still fresh water for 30 minutes. Rain, splashes and handwashing are fine, and it survives a brief accidental dip. Take it off for swimming, hot showers, baths and saunas.
Bracelet or necklace?

Choose one when you order: a soft sports band for the wrist, or a gold or silver chain with a pendant setting. The module moves between them, and extra bands and chains are sold separately.
Which Bond Touch models does it pair with?

Another Mini, Bond Touch 4, Bond Touch More, Bond Touch Lite (the Apple Watch app) and Bond Touch 2, always one to one. Bond Heart does not pair with Bond Touch bracelets.
Can I connect more than 2 people?

No. Mini connects two people. For a group of up to 4, look at Bond Touch 4, which also pairs with Mini.
Can you ship to two different addresses?

Yes, as two separate orders, one per address or country.
What is in the box?

One Mini module, the band or necklace you chose, a magnetic charger and a quick-start guide. Order two for a pair.
How do we pair?

Each of you installs the app and sends the other an invitation. Once both invitations are accepted you are paired. Step-by-step help is in the Help Center.
Who is it for?
