How do I charge the Bond Heart?
To charge your Bond Heart, connect the charger dock to a power supply. Make sure your Bond Heart is facing upwards, then simply place it on top of the charger. The module should start flashing a white light once in contact with the charging surface.
What kind of cable should I use to connect the Bond Heart dock charger?
To power up the Bond Heart dock charger, you should use the USB-C cable that was provided with your Bond Heart, or any other USB-C cable that you might have at home.
Can I use the Bond Heart dock charger to charge my Bond Touch More?
The Bond Heart Charger was specifically designed for Bond Heart. Using it to charge other wireless devices may damage your charger as well as the other devices. To charge your Bond Touch More, please use its respective charger.
Can I use my other dock chargers to charge the Bond Heart?
The Bond Heart Charger was specifically designed for Bond Heart. Using other non-supported chargers may damage both your Bond Heart and your charger.
